[A screen pops up and at first nothing is seen, though the noise of something rubbing against the screen is plainly heard. There's a muffled voice before whatever was rubbing against it was pulled away. There's now a blond haired boy on the screen, a blue bird with cloud like wings on his shoulder.]

Doesn't look like the fall broke it, Sky... Huh? It's on?

[The boy stood straighter and looked around.]

I guess we can send a message this way.

[He looks down at the screen again as his little friend chirps.]

If anyone can hear this, can you tell me what's going on? This lady said she was my mom, and there was this old guy who gave me a red and white ball and talked about Pokémon. Is that what Sky is? She just looks like a bird with clouds for wings.

[Sky objects to this and chirps shrilly into her trainer's ears. This causes the boy to drop the device, which promptly lands on the grass. Now there's just a view of the sky and muffled grumbling.]

... Shortly after that, I arrived here.

So you're not hurt or anything?

No--far from it. This place... it's a bit confusing at times, but it's wonderful.

[He looks relieved.]

Good... It is? So I'll like it here?

[ That word made his face light up. ]

Really? No guys in black coats?

Not a single one.

So we're safe. No more fighting.

[He looks so happy and relieved.]

[ That relief makes her smile. ]

Not unless you count Pokémon battles.

[He looks over as Sky peeks into the camera. Are the cats gone?]

[ Yes, Sky, they're gone. ]

Hello, Sky. It's alright--they've wandered off.

[Sky chirps softly and sits herself back down in her trainers arms.]

Yeah. No cats. Unless she gets used to the ones you have.

I don't want to scare her... I think it would be best to take little steps, if you want her to become accustomed to them, though.

[He looks down at Sky.]

I don't think Naminé's cats want to hurt you. We can try a little, right?

[Sky ruffles, but chirps softly. Fine....]

Thank you, Sky. I'm looking forward to meeting you in person.

[She chirps and covers her face with her wings. She's suddenly shy.]

Is she... shy, Roxas?

... she might be?

[ Well, that's something they have in common! ]

It's okay, Sky. I won't hurt you or anything. I want to be friends, if you would like that, too.

[Sky peeks at Naminé from behind her wing. She chirps and uncovers her face, singing now.]

I think she likes that idea.

I'm glad. I can't wait until we can meet in person, Sky.

[She chirps once more and tries to hug the screen.]

S-Sky!

Oh!

[ She laughs softly. ]

She's... very excited?

Y-Yes!

[And the screen goes dark. Oops.]
