[When the screen pops up, there is a spiky haired blond on the screen. A small, mouse like creature sits on his shoulder squeaking softly. The boy sighs before smiling softly.]

Hey, Johto. Guess I’m back here again. Part of me is really happy to be back! The other part? I guess that doesn’t really matter. It’ll just be there, like nothing happened when I get to go back.

[He gives the little mouse some attention by scratching it under the chin, which earns him a contended squeak.]

For those who don’t know me, I’m Roxas. I was here a while ago. I don’t really know how long I was gone, so I don’t know if some of my old friends are still here. If you are, hey guys! Our adventures not over yet. Oh!

[Roxas moves the little mouse into his arms.]

This little guy is a Dedenne, and his name is Vivi.

[He looks back at the screen, more serious this time.]

Rin, if you’re still here and have Braig…. I don’t want him back. Ever.

Vivi is more than happy to hear the praise, squeaking happily.]

B-But you just said anything can be a name. Aaaaand since I'm already a king anyhow, it'd make sense to have it both as a name and title, right? Right?!

Yeah, but with a name like King, people would think you're arrogant.

Kings can act however they want to 'cause they make the rules, so there.

And yes, I just so happen to be a king who is also a bear. The greatest type of king, if you ask me.

If no one accepts you as king, then you're a pretty bad king.

[You get a blank look for that.]

You don't look like a bear. You're pretty human.

[Teddie chooses to ignore that piece of logic there if only because it totally rains on all his parades. Someone isn't fun at all.]

Nnnngh, yeah yeah yeah. Everybody who comes here bearcomes human, this world didn't give me my fur, you're just gonna have to trust me, blah blah blah. I'm so tired of telling this story over and over again! And- Hey! I thought you said you've already been here! How the heck didn't you know that already?

I know people become human here. I became human when I came here. But a bear? If you really were a bear, then you're a really weird bear. Bears are animals. I don't think they'd bring a real bear here just to turn it human.

[So much doubt.]

[He wasn't human either...and he still doubts him. That is by far the cruelest thing Teddie's ever heard, how can anyone be so mean?]

T-That's not fair! You can't just say who is and isn't good enough to come here! I really am a bear, why would I make something like that up?!

I talked to someone here who was a magical pony that could talk like a human and thought like a human in her world. If you were really a normal bear, then you wouldn't be smart like that! So were you a normal beat or a not normal bear?

[Please say not normal, or this conversation will keep going for long time.]

[Teddie opens his mouth like he's ready to object, but stops himself as he hangs his head. He's really going to make him say it, isn't he? Couldn't be happy with "just a bear," could he?]

[And it's not exactly something he feels good about.]

[Roxas likes making sense of the things around him. Mostly because he really hates people not telling him things.]

Being not normal is fine. I didn't have my own heart before coming here the first time.

[Normalness is a very sensitive subject for bears.]

I didn't ask to not be normal, you didn't have to go and rub it in my face. "Bear" was a good answer...

Hey... at least being a bear is better than being a Nobody. You have something to go back to when you go home!

[Taking "nobody" just a wee bit literally, Teddie can't understand how bringing a normal bear is "wrong" but somehow bringing absolutely nothing was doable. ELABORATE.]

Y-You shouldn't say that kinda stuff about yourself, you're somebody.

Oh... a Nobody is someone created without a heart.

[See? He's not putting himself down!]

[O-Oh. It's like- Okay, he sort of gets it. But at the same time, it throws him off. When he was hollow, he didn't exactly have a heart either, but it doesn't feel like those are the same thing. Investigation is a go.]

L-Like...a heart-heart, or t-the feeling?

The feelings. They belonged to the person I was created from... so I had memories of their feelings. If that makes sense?

[Being a being made completely of feelings, meeting a being completely void of feelings is...different.]
