It would ruin the surprise, I guess. Everyone goes to sleep when there's no presents, and the next morning there's presents.

It's about presents and being with people you like. Eating special food, and decorating trees. Candy canes, too. Those red and white candies that are made of mint, and some of them from other fruits. There's music, too, but I don't know what the point of the music is. Maybe to make people look forward to it more?
