[The video pops up and here is Roxas, with Sky his Swablu beside him. She's holding a small red orb in her mouth, and looks oh so proud. There's a green one and a yellow on in front of her, and a blue one in Roxas's hand. He looks a bit confused.]

I was thinking about home yesterday and my friends, and this morning I woke up with these marbles. I noticed that other people were getting things, too, that they wished for. Do you think we get to keep them? The little things?

[It's an innocent enough question. He just really wants to keep these marbles.]

And if we don't get to keep them, can we find things like this here?

[He'll wait patiently for a reply as he shuts his gear off.]


Action

[Guess who didn't go to the birthday party because he felt awkward about going to a party of a girl he was pretty sure disliked him. Roxas did get her a present. He'd just been way too awkward about giving it to Ilya. He had thought about asking Kairi, Xion, or Naminé to give it to her. Would that be cheating.

Since he had no idea what girls liked, he had walked around. A store caught his eye and he wound up getting two things: a flower hairpiece and a wing headband. Roxas knew that girls at least liked pretty things. Sky even gave them her seal of approval. He carried the boxes in his hands out of the room and looked around. Where were the girls rooms again?]

[He jumps and looks over. Ah, okay, it's Naminé. Sky squealed in delight and flew over to the blonde, landing on her shoulder and nuzzling her. She really liked this human.]

Y-Yeah. Just wondering where Ilya's room is...

[shatterings]

Ilya's room?

[ She gives Sky a pat, smiling lightly at the Pokémon. ]

Do you have gifts for her?

Yeah. I wanted to leave them by her door.

[shatterings]

I think she'd like that.

[ She leads Roxas to Ilya's door. ]

Are you sure you don't want to give them to her in person?

[seasaltkey]

[He follows her and stops beside her.]

... No. I upset her last time. This is fine.

[shatterings]

... You upset her? How?

[ She stops and turns to him, frowning. ]

[seasaltkey]

.... She told me she was a lady, and I didn't think before replying..

[shatterings]

... If it was a mistake... I think apologizing would help.

[seasaltkey]

I put a card in with one of the gifts... it's got an apology in it.

[shatterings]

I think she'll appreciate that.

[He puts the gifts in a spot where they are easily seen, but can't be stepped on.]

I really do hope she likes them.

[shatterings]

What did you get for her?

A wing hairpiece and a flower hairpiece. She looks the type to like fancy things like that.

[shatterings]

She'll love it, I'm sure of it. I bet they're very pretty.

[seasaltkey]

I took pictures of them for when I had time to get them!

[He took out his gear and showed her the flower and the wing headpieces.]

They're beautiful, Roxas. And very thoughtful.

Thanks... Should I have gotten more?

[shatterings]

I think... it's more the quality that matters, not the quantity.

[seasaltkey]

You think so? I guess I'll know later.

[shatterings]

Mm. I'm sure she'll let you know how she likes them.

Should I wait for her to talk to me?

[shatterings]

I think that would be best... if you've hit a rough patch with her.

R-Right.. I'll wait then!

Until then... would you like to go get something for breakfast, Roxas?
