[The video pops up and here is Roxas, with Sky his Swablu beside him. She's holding a small red orb in her mouth, and looks oh so proud. There's a green one and a yellow on in front of her, and a blue one in Roxas's hand. He looks a bit confused.]

I was thinking about home yesterday and my friends, and this morning I woke up with these marbles. I noticed that other people were getting things, too, that they wished for. Do you think we get to keep them? The little things?

[It's an innocent enough question. He just really wants to keep these marbles.]

And if we don't get to keep them, can we find things like this here?

[He'll wait patiently for a reply as he shuts his gear off.]


Action

[Guess who didn't go to the birthday party because he felt awkward about going to a party of a girl he was pretty sure disliked him. Roxas did get her a present. He'd just been way too awkward about giving it to Ilya. He had thought about asking Kairi, Xion, or Naminé to give it to her. Would that be cheating.

Since he had no idea what girls liked, he had walked around. A store caught his eye and he wound up getting two things: a flower hairpiece and a wing headband. Roxas knew that girls at least liked pretty things. Sky even gave them her seal of approval. He carried the boxes in his hands out of the room and looked around. Where were the girls rooms again?]

Mm. It's good our Pokémon seem to have a good sense of direction, at least...

Yeah. My birds fly and don't let me out of their sight. They just have to be told what they're looking for.

[shatterings]

They're very smart. Can they find anything, then?

[seasaltkey]

Pretty much. As long as you describe it really well.

[He looks up and points at a Murkrow.] There's Braig up there. He's the one in charge of leading me today!

[shatterings]

I see. That's--

[ wait. ]

... You've named your Murkrow "Braig"?

[seasaltkey]

Yeah. The name just kind of popped up in my head when I saw him... Is it a bad name?

[He frowns. He'll change the name if it's bad.]

[shatterings]

No, it--

[ Well, it's not exactly inaccurate from what she's heard of him... ]

Really? Hmm... he's really rude for a Murkrow. He also stole my clothes one time when I was taking a shower. Fuu brought them back. Olette doesn't really like him, so they fight sometimes...

[He sighs and shakes his head.]

But I need a dark type for some of the gyms coming up.

[shatterings]

[ Yeah that's. That's definitely pretty close. ]

He... stole your clothes? That's not very nice.

The worst thing he did when he first hatched was dive bomb at me when I wouldn't give him treats. He's....gotten a little better. I don't let him out much.

[shatterings]

... I think that's a good idea.

[seasaltkey]

[Sky lets out a screech and flops on both Naminé and Roxas because said Murkrow just tried to do said move.

Roxas grumbles as he manages to get out of the pillow feathers pulls out a Pokéball, effectively stopping another dive bomb by returning Braig to it.]

Not letting him out again... I need to switch him out...

[shatterings]

Oh!

[ Naminé moves closer to Sky, hiding behind the big cloud of floof. ]

... Thank you, Roxas.

[seasaltkey]

[He shakes his head and looks down at the Pokéball.]

No... I should have figured he'd do this. I think I'll switch him out for Demyx. He's a lot nicer.

[Sky is relieved Naminé is safe, so she proceeds to preen the blonde.]

[shatterings]

Demyx? Your... Ducklett, right? I'd like to meet him, if that's okay.

[ She blushes a little, and even lets out a quiet laugh. ]

I can switch them out at the Pokémon Center. Before or after breakfast?

[She coos and nuzzles her before finally letting Naminé go. You're welcome!]

[shatterings]

Um... maybe before breakfast. What if he escapes again?

[seasaltkey]

Right. The center isn't too far from here.

[He looks up and whistles. A moment later, his Noctowl, Fuu, is flying above them.]

We need to get to the Pokémon Center!

[Fuu hoots and leads the way.]

[shatterings]

[ Naminé looks up, too, and gives the Noctowl a smile. ]

Good morning, Fuu.

[seasaltkey]

[Fuu gives Naminé a trilling hoot. She likes this human.]

[shatterings]

[ She leads Roxas into the center, waiting patiently. ]

[seasaltkey]

[He put Braig into the box, and takes Demyx out. The little Ducklett looks more than happy to be out and about.]

[shatterings]

[ She kneels down, holding her hand out for the little duck. ]

Hello, Demyx.

[Demyx waddled over for attention. He really likes her!]
